I finally did it... despite doubts and all, i finally left link2support... it was one of the hardest and most painful decisions that i have made in my life but i had to do it, out of dignity and career growth...

they nurtured me for 2 years and 4 months... and im very thankful for everything... i wouldnt be good in call handling if it werent for the training and experience that they provided me... and i wouldnt have aspired for more, had they not shown me that there is much more that i can do than what i expected of myself...

i love the company so much.... as well as all the people i had met along the way... ive shared and learned a lot with everyone... and through them i got the courage to want to be in technical support...

im on my way there now... i know i would have learned more with l2s technical team, but there's just no way to it right now... and i'll be right back with them... in the near future...
